Truly an unresponsive company. This one has multiple locations in town. I called several more than once, and visited their website, to make a request to have a starter motor repaired this week. After contacting them at least four times this company never bothered to respond. Their customer service is terrible and I imagine their actual service, if you can actually get someone to come out to your house, is probably no better.
