Amazing customer service, great pricing, they went above & beyond. Really made a break in event less irritating. Really efficient process.
This shop was given the VIN number for my vehicle and still made multiple mistakes. Based on my experience, I would not recommend or trust them. The process was extremely frustrating. They ordered the wrong parts, were unable to install the window correctly, and wasted two full days and several hours of my time. No show. Unorganized and unpleasant. Person that picks up phone hangs up in the middle of conversation. Extremely poor customer service.
