I paid full price for an interior detail (no Groupon). Fee quote was suspicious as one person said $120 or less, and another said $139. I asked for the detail to focus on cleaning the leather seats and shampooing the carpet. Detail was finished early. After inspection, I asked why the seats looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Scheduled appointment online. Got a complete detail with carpet and seats shampooed and was very pleased with how my 2018 VW turned out! I have 2 boys and so the back seats and carpet had a couple stains. But after my detail my truck looked like new! Very satisfied with my detail, excellent price, and customer service was above and beyond as well!

Definitely not one of the better detailing places around MKE. I brought it in after my girlfriend got me the Groupon, and I realized that their cleaning service is just perpetually 50% off, so that was shady from the get go. I then had to pay another $70 after tax because apparently a "Complete Detail" doesn't include shampooing the seats/carpets. I am so dissatisfied! I paid for detailing and shampooing(extra 60 bucks for shampooing) They left the floor and seats soaking wet. There were stains remaining that I felt professional cleaning should have removed. The trunk mat was so soaked that it dried and left a horrible smell in my car. They placed my floormats on the wet carpet. Dirt from the mats leaked onto the floor leaving a huge stain. My phone charger was pulled out and left on the wet carpet making it useless.
