⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super fast and easy experience! Mobile Auto Clinic was awesome! They got to me quickly and fixed my car way faster than I expected. Seriously, I thought it would take all day, but they had me back up and running in no time. What I really appreciated was how well they communicated. They kept me in the loop the whole time—no guessing, no surprises. Super friendly, too. If you need car work done without the hassle, definitely give them a call. Highly recommend!
It was great working with mobile auto clinic. They were very thorough and quick with their repairs and communication with me. My repairs were done a day earlier than they estimated! The platform that they use for your vehicle scan is incredible - I loved seeing their notes and photos of the diagnostics and the checklist they used for their recommendations. Brought my truck to them after issue with the service department at my dealership They have a very family friendly vibe going on They gave me what I definitely concerned honest pricing and an honest assessment. They were able the get me in and service very quickly. I am using them again now for another issue. And again feel like they are very responsive and honest.
I was pretty sure the water pumped was the issue and wanted a diagnosis and perhaps replacement. Having used mobile mechanics before, I've learned to have lower expectations, generally speaking, however, in this instance, from the very beginning I knew I was in good hands. They rolled up in a jacked up ram truck to work on a Ram, 1500. The lead mechanic was a total pro and had a Ram like mine. I can not say enough good things about this company. My mechanic, Joel, was absolutely amazing. He spent time with me going over the issue and the repairs necessary. I received updates on the estimated cost via text. I’m a healthcare professional and drive all over the area seeing patients daily. Joel made sure a temporary fix would be safe so I wouldn’t miss any work.
