I have used Mobile Auto Clinic twice and they have been very communicative and quick turnaround for service. Technicians Joel and Victor were both helpful, straightforward and clear on what needed to happen for my car. Excellent company. Love that I can get everything fixed without leaving the house!
This started off great! The person who took my call was very kind and had someone scheduled to come to my house the next day. The technician arrived to my house and quickly began to work. He was super friendly and helped explain what he was seeing! Once the diagnosis was complete, the work was to extensive to do right then and there, so the technician told me that he would submit the findings and someone from the shop would call me to tell me next steps and setup a repair. Our vehicles died, no electrical power. We replaced the battery, still no power. Mobile Mechanic Service responded promptly, assigned a Mechanic, Phillip, whom communicated with us & then arrived at the disabled vehicle, when he stated he would. He was knowledgeable & He resolved the non starting vehicle, it was the positive cable issues. He did a diagnostics, & provided estimates for possible trouble areas. They Saved us from getting a tow to a garage. We recommend. Thank you.
