I have used Mobile Appliance for several new appliance purchases. I have always been completely satisfied with their sales team, products and installation team. This week was no different. Needed a new microwave on Monday, Michael in Daphne sales helped with my selection, it was in stock, Frank & Calvin installed today, Wednesday. All three were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Great Service!
These guys were fabulous to work with. We changed out all of our appliances from black to stainless at our condo. Our full time home is 5 hours away. This company made the process seamless. They did all the measurements, emailed us the items that would work in those spaces, and then arranged both delivery and hauling off of old appliances. The installation guys were absolutely top notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to upgrade and it honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend.
New kitchen appliances installed but not checked to be working. Now told they will have manufacturer call me. That’s BS
We have been without an ice maker for weeks and weeks because we could not get an installer scheduled to uninstall our fridge, out while protecting our wood floors of course, and then re-install it after the repair. Suzanne and Charlie ( the Ops Mgr) made it happen in one follow-up call to them. I am SOLD on using them for every future appliance purchase and will be taking them goodies soon to show my appreciation! Thank you Charlie and thank you Suzanne!!!
I see someone ordered and received a speed queen on 11/28 and it was delivered 2 days later. We ordered ours from them the 1st week of November and then added pedestals. We still HAVE NOT received and they say they have no idea when it is supposed to arrive, though it was promised November 27th and then December 5th. They wanted us to pay with a check or cash. I used a credit card and was charged an extra fee. Now I wonder if I need to ask for a refund or just dispute the charges. I have called several times and they don't a... read more
