Definitely better than most mobile parks, still too much leniency with animals and children being able to play on the property that you’re paying for and you’re not allowed to tell them to get off. the cats spray any thing that you leave outside, and if you don’t own animals that doesn’t matter you’re still gonna clean up about 20 piles of shit out of your yard every other day because there are at least 25 cats! Other than that, this place is pretty sound
Lived there over 15 years.. All sorts of neighbors. Steve did a good job considering amount of mobiles. He is a kind y considerate landlord, Ashtabula people don't realize how easy y good they have it compared to any west coast state park.
I've lived here for almost 4 yrs. I have good neighbors and landlord.
This place is awful the girls from the trailer park will go with anyone's boyfriend for attention and to smoke this place is for sloppy 3rds for sure
