I wouldn't recommend you take your vehicle here. He banged on my tire rim with a crowbar, causing extensive damage. My car was spotless and only 18 months old. I felt sick to my stomach & like crying. He also overcharged me for a cheap generic tire, but I felt trapped there since my tire was off as I sat in their yard. I trusted them. Lesson learned. There was no response when I reached out to him. Also, now I'm concerned about how safe I am since there was no balancing or professional mounting.
This guy asked for my tire size and instantly responded with "we won't have that until monday" when I told him the size. He could have even bothered to look up the size I said. What terrible customer service.
