I had a bad experience with Mobil 1's customer service and a simple inspection that got out of control. I had been taking my trucks/cars to them for oil change/inspection for more than 3 years. During a routine inspection, the owner waved me to the vehicle and explained that the registration sticker and inspection sticker were in the wrong place.
