Terrible experience. Called two days in advance and they still were not able to make it on time even though they promised they would be there by a certain time. Wouldn't even call me to let me know they weren't coming. Now I can't make it to work tomorrow. The other reviewer is probably correct in saying that the positive reviews for this company are all friends of the mechanic.
They told my mom yesterday afternoon that they could be here today by 6:30 PM. They missed the appointment completely and said they could come out the day after or send a tow truck instead. She had to call them to find this out. At 7:30 PM. They didn’t even call her to let her know they weren’t coming. I think most of the positive reviews on this website are friends of the mechanic.
Today, I used the mobile auto repair, and happy to write this review, this experience was by far my best experience in car repair issue, extremely satisfied, I will be their customer
I hire this guys and they show up on time they fix my car full diagnostic clean workwant to thank you guys for your help on the road thank God you answer my call , thanks Pete
