I brought my vehicle in for just a routine oil change. As this establishment has a 21 point inspection process, they dutifully carried this out. It was a good thing as the inspection identified some additional crucial systems that needed attention (transmission, cooling and braking). On Sunday, April 27, 2026, I mistakenly took my car to a place other than the one I had previously chosen (Fast Wheels) to have my brakes repaired, since the entrance doors to the shops are right next to each other, and when I used Google Maps, it directed me to this shop (Mobil 1 Lube Express). I saw the fb apps 50% oil change Meet the tall guy I saw on fb video , polite and let me know need 25 mins for my car plus inspection. Then I meet AJ He give me full report how’s my brake , tire engine filter status. Top up my coolant and windshield washer Very happy walk out here, will come back again
Shortly after returning home from my oil change, I opened the hood to make sure everything looked fine. Instead, I found a complete mess — there was oil splashed around the engine area and coolant spilled as well. This is very concerning and shows a serious lack of care during the service. Because of this, I now doubt whether the oil level was even set properly. I will have to recheck it again tomorrow morning after the engine has cooled down.
