Ive been coming here for 20 years every 3k miles. On Tues June25th I came in as usual. The tech could not scan my vin number and told me they couldnt service me without vin number?? After they couldnt find my name in database I was told they would not service me without vin number and I was told to leave. New ownership about 4 years now and place is falling apart. Stay away!

I used these guys for oil changes for years, and everything was fine until recently when I bought a new car and they told me that it needed full synthetic (it doesn't, the dealer told me later) and charged me 90.00 for it. I am NOT happy about being ripped off.

I worked right up the road from this Express Lube and I would come down every 3000 miles and stop in before lunch and he would have me out in 10 minutes. They had service down to a science! I cannot say enough about this shop. I wish I had one closer to my home as I don't work in the area anymore but they are fantastic!

I had my oil changed today and was pleased by the service. I like supporting the small business owner and at the same time having the comfort of knowing they use all name brand products (mobil). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Hello, I'm Ray Jr. the owner/operator of Mobil 1 Lube Express in Willow Grove and Doylestown. In response to the bad review: We are very thankful for your 6 years of patronage. Over the past 5-6 years we have had dozens of price increases on all of our products and we were forced to move the conventional full service oil change to $38 about 2 years ago.
