Tonight was my 1st time going to Mobile 1 for an Oil change! The service was very nice and Tim was awesome! He showed me how damage my filter was and suggested a new one. I was pleased to know they care about their customers. They were so pleasant, I purchased some much needed windshield blades as well. I went home an Happy customer. They relieved stressed from me that that didn’t even know existed all because I need an oil change! I originally was going to the dealership and they stressed me out with their difficult times.
they ruined our vehicles on my 2002 Chev Astro van you never out oil in my van it burnt one of my cylinders up .then on my husband's 2005 chev canyon your oil put a bronze color sticky stuff in his oil also you didn't notice and should his fan belt is dry rotted very poor service two vehicles you ruined

Tim the manger was fantastic! Very professional, they got my oil change done in a matter of a few minuets even have me some pointers. Definitely going back again.
