You have lost what WAS a loyal costumer because your employee has idea that it is OK to lecture me about when to get my oil changed and saying that I HAVE to go by what is on a sticker. My car tells me when to get my oil change and I trust Honda far more than a random guy trying to sell me. He claimed that I HAVE to use a specific MOBILE oil and HAVE to use a specific MOBIL filter.
