Lindsey Management hides in the contract some fees that they'll withhold from your security deposit when you leave. After living there for 2.5 months, they charged me $150 out of my $200 deposit. They charged for things like $50 for painting, $40 for cleaning, and $40 for carpet cleaning. Heck, they charged me to replace the drip pans that go under the heating elements on the stove and for a new toilet seat. Shouldn't these costs be covered by the monthly rent?
