Moberly Manor is the worst apartment I've lived at. They do not maintain their property and will steal your deposit for pre-existing damages. Aside from the rampant mold and bug infestations, they are extremely shady. After I moved out, they sent me to collections for THEIR damages and did not even give me a 24-hour notice. They would not let me refute, and ignored all my attempts to contact them. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REAL REVIEWS AND DON'T GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR BUSINESS.
