When I was given mediator choices by the opposing parties attorney, something told me to go with Mr Moberg. And that intuition couldn’t have been more spot on. I have never been in mediation before and was a bit nervous. But Mr Moberg was kind, patient, and explained everything to me so I understood my options and what was happening. Highly satisfied with how mediation went and was very happy with Mr Moberg!!
He was a fair mediator that didn't use underhanded tactics and threats to force an agreement. While mediation wasn't successful, he did point out how the particular judge rules and likelihood of the judge signing the agreement. He provided key insights that helped with future negotiations without undermining either side. Also, when he thought I was wrong he put things in a new perspective that helped understand the other viewpoint.
