As a customer, I don’t mind paying for good service. What I do mind is being told to “go elsewhere” if I disagree with a mandatory 15% gratuity. Respectful service should include respecting customers’ right to choose how much to tip.
I’ve been coming here for about 4 months and have gotten nothing but consistently great cuts by Ming. My hair grows fast and is hard to work with but he’s had no problem getting me the result I want. Highly recommend them.
Best hair salon in SoCal! Raymond has been my go-to hair stylist for over four years. He’s incredibly detail-oriented and takes the time to understand what I want, working on it with amazing patience. Plus, he has a great eye for style, and I’m always happy with the results. Friendly staffs and great environment. Definitely recommend it to anyone!
