Ordered flowers for a grieving friend and they were never delivered. The rest of the reviews on this business speak for themselves. Except for the fake positive reviews written in the same grammar which are the owner trying to redeem her poor ratings.
Just a heads up for anyone wanting to use this florist. please read reviews before making an order unlike what I did. Ordered 14th July with an estimated delivery date of 15th July. I emailed 28th July to ask the expected delivery day. Reply was 1 item was on order and ready for pick up by staff. 2weeks ago I have emailed and called (last call was asked to call back in 5mins which I wasnt able to do as had work) for a refund to no response. If you want to upset your friends and their families use this florist! I had this florist deliver what was supposed to be $100 worth of flowers to my friend for a special birthday. My friend has now sent me a picture and she states the roses look dead. When I went to the store the owner said she couldn't get any florist to deliver to the Mornington peninsula for $70. Above and Beyond every time
Don’t arrange for delivery with this company, had the same experience as many of the other reviewers in which the owner ‘forgot’ about my order and was in no hurry to fix her mistake. Surprise Birthday flowers were delivered two days late with no note, just a quick interaction all while on the phone. Very disappointed.
