I cancelled a flower order well in advance, and was told by the owner that I would be refunded $97.90 (minus tax). It’s now been over two months and I still haven’t received the refund, despite multiple polite follow-ups by phone and text from me. My most recent messages have been ignored. Really disappointing experience. Poor communication and no accountability.

Truly amazing service, I called after 5pm on a Friday from NSW to get flowers delivered urgently and she went above and beyond. Thank you so much it meant the world to me to get those delivered asap. Such a beautiful and bubbly lady and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend

This is an excellent flower shop in Moama, located on the main street not far from the Moama Bowling club, a very nice selection of flowers, definitely worth a look and buy some !!!
