I did not think I’d have to share such frustration on a what I thought was a fantastic hospital. My mother has been here for almost a month moving floor to floor and the 7th floor moakley Specifically East is HORRIFIC. The front ladies are rude getting angry when you ask a question , the nurses have HORRIBLE attitudes and they will all walk past you ignoring you. Why become a nurse if you can’t be kind to others? My first time ever having surgery and the team there was aware and took absolutely amazing care of me! I felt well informed, ready, & confident that things were going to go well and they did! Now onto recovery, thank you to the the staff.
