Que Dios bendiga a todo el personal por nombre, fue mi primer cirugía y los doctores me explicaron muy bien y si no sabía el español buscaban traductor. La enfermera que estuvo al lado muy buena, amable, estuvo al tanto todo el tiempo de mi, más porque mi esposo llegó muy tarde a recogerme pero ella ahí seguía preguntándole si necesitaba algo. I did not think I’d have to share such frustration on a what I thought was a fantastic hospital. My mother has been here for almost a month moving floor to floor and the 7th floor moakley Specifically East is HORRIFIC. The front ladies are rude getting angry when you ask a question , the nurses have HORRIBLE attitudes and they will all walk past you ignoring you. Why become a nurse if you can’t be kind to others?
