Established in 1992. In the early 1960s, Moab Diner was opened under the name of Poor Boy Drive-Inn and was a popular burger joint for Moab residents for many years. As the pictures prove, Poor Boy Drive-Inn stood by its name offering Moab residents a great deal for .29 cent hamburgers. The service was friendly and fast. Super cheap. The 'green' chili looks, smells and tastes more like chicken tortilla soup but I don't care cuz that shit went for the win.
There use to be 2 pancakes the size of this plate along with 2 eggs and two Patty sausages my girlfriend got a breakfast as well 14 bucks for the both of us this place is legit

For breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Moab Diner is consistent American comfort food. Bad for your waist ? Maybe, but good for the psyche ! Order the "Vern's" anytime, but especially for B-fast !
