OUTSTANDING ! In town from NYC visiting fam for TGiving. Desired some pedal riding exploring. Trek pointed me to them. They had me on a Specialized LEVO eMountain bike in a few hours. Very reasonable rental. Super easy and overwhelmingly friendly staff. Greeted by their lovely dog. 10x spacious from the cramped NYC Independents trying to survive the astronomical rents. Will be back as soon as I roll into town next.
Most bike shops have great people working for them. But moab has the best nicest quality workforce i have been around. They help me so much when I have questions or even need a quick adjustment.
