Piercer did not give very good aftercare instructions. Called them when two days later the balls were going into the hole only to be told that's normal. Got a second opinion thankfully, because the barbells were WAY too short and almost completely inside the piercing. Shop that fixed me up said barbell wasn't anywhere close to the correct size, was externally threaded instead of internal, piercing was done too deep, and the aftercare instructions I was given were completely wrong.
