Poor customer service. Told one thing and they do another. They didn't call when the trailer was looked over after it was dropped. And now I magically owe more money that I was told I wouldn't. A lot of information is not included in the contract that they claim are their "rules" but again it's not in the contract. Will never do business with them again.
