Good people! Easy to deal with
Nevertheless good storage
The owner and his right hand man were polite and way to work with. My trailer started safely parked for 2 months with no issues although there is no active security on site. The lot is locked unless being accessed and surrounded by 8' fencing with barbed wire along the top. The area where it's located has several storage and automotive businesses and backs up to a residential neighborhood.
