Went through the drive through a little bit before noon and the katsu chicken we got was extremely burnt and hard. Felt like we got scraps from the night before that were refried. Would not recommend this location.
The manager was so nice to my husband when he picked up the food! She offered a drink and when he declined bc he was early to pick up anyways, she still offered water. What great customer service! And the food was excellent as always. We are fans!! Thanks so much!!
Every single time I go to this location I ask for an extra sauce, get charged for an extra sauce, and never receive the extra sauce. Once is fine but it’s happened every time the past 5 times I’ve been there. They also tie the bag shut so I don’t check until I get home and am disappointed every time.
This place has the healthiest food, and they give you so much! It’s like two helpings. The burnt chicken tastes so good. They put cabbage in with the rice. It goes very good together. Thank you for being a great business. Hawaii
I think I got undercooked teriyaki until my sister pointed out her teriyaki looked undercooked, so she put it on a pan and cooked it and looked better. Idk about mine I just ate it but lost a little appetite.
