They charge 99 cents for a cup of water!?!?! I get it if you don’t buy any food there but, come on, a cup of water should be free for a paying customer. And even if it’s not free, maybe charge a quarter for the cost of the cup. 99 cents is ridiculous.
The last time we got food here the Katsu portion was ridiculous (compared to the portions we were used to seeing at this location and others. $14 and it was like a mini portion. I was upset but not enough to go back and complain. I figured it was a one off. Well, time heals and we decided to try again. Had a large order for pick. Easy order on app, quick on time pick up. Employees even asked if they can help carry to my car! The place is near a residential area. Would go to this one again to support them. Food was hot fresh, good as usual. Thanks!
Had a doordash and there was a wait on our order, and the very polite girl with freckles offered us drinks while we waited. Great service and friendly staff.
They are back, fakas! Took more than a year off because I was not satisfied with a couple of things about their food and service. Heard they have improved, so I visited and it was great. I said, okay okay. A week later, tried again, and it was great. So, like the saying goes, third times a charm, and it was! All three trips were great and I highly recommend their yummilicious food again!!! If you want Mo Bettah's Hawaiian food? 😉
