I never got a chance to see the doctor, but I don’t even know if it would have been worth it based on how the receptionist treated me. I could not get a word in with her on the phone, and to call her treatment of me “cruel” would be an understatement. She immediately shut me down and told me my referral had been rejected, which I didn’t understand because the doctor had agreed to see me. I am extremely grateful for the excellent care I received from Dr Mo. From the initial consultation to the procedure and follow-up, everything was handled with great professionalism, care, and attention to detail. My surgery was not a straightforward case and needed to be completed within strict safety and time limitations. Receptionist is rude and inappropriate. Despite having an appointment, you can expect to wait at least 2 hours for every visit. You're better off finding a midwife.
Dr Mo is really good. But the receptionist is really rude and unrespectable. She is acting like she is some kind of a queen. Whoever come to this clinic are expecting mothers and fathers and the way the receptionist treat them does not feel welcome at all. Dear Management, Please kindly consider replacing her with someone who is more polite and helpful. Thanks
