Redid everything in our home - furnace, on demand water heater, air conditioner, HRV unit, and also rerouted ducting through the house to make the HRV more functional. Excellent price, excellent service, excellent products and support. Everything has been running without issue for over two years at this point.
I rent, which means we need to use our landlords guy for things. When our furnace went out, it took his HVAC guy 9 days to get out to our place even though it was November and we have a toddler in the house. He tried to walk us through three separate fixes on our own over text messages, finally made it to our house, put the door back on, cranked it to 90 and said we were good.
