how hard is it to answer a phone after 1pm????
MNGI is a well oiled machine, butts on the table, probe in, probe out, butts out the door. THEY DENY AND DEFLECT about post procedure bleeding, pathology reports disappear, their machine is designed to process colonoscopies ~ NOT PATIENTS. My family member had a colonoscopy in Plymouth and has been bleeding significantly since (3 and a half weeks), hemoglobin has dropped from 14 to 11, admin staff seem to be trained how NOT to schedule followups for damaged patients .... the message is clear, "go somewhere else"

Thomas Kaminsky was the most pompous, arrogant, cold hearted, dismissive, egotistical person I have ever met. I’d rather die from my colon cancer than allow him to touch me again. I was forced to see him in the hospital and his first words to me were “so what are you doing here?” He did not spend any time building rapport and showed zero empathy.
