I have had two procedures at the Plymouth location and both times I have been impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, friendliness, and cleanliness of the facility. The staff, from front desk to nurses to doctors, were all kind and compassionate. I will continue to do my care there.
The procedure I had this week went as smoothly as it could however, I was sent my results in the portal without any call from my doctor to review them. When I called to ask about reviewing them they said the next apt wasn’t until April. I voiced that I’m still experiencing severe symptoms including chest pain and that my results require next steps and more testing and I felt like I was just a number to this place.
