There is zero communication. They used to proactively schedule appointments for infusions. I’ve been feeling terrible and realized it’s been 3 months since my last infusion. I wish there were other options, they do not care about their patients well being.
I saw Dr. April Grudell for my first ever colonoscopy and had a great experience. All of the staff were great and truly cared about you and your comfort. Very professional and truly put my mind at ease. The prep was easy peasy and the procedure itself was even easier! Highly recommend this clinic.
Call ahead with my insurance to understand what my diagnostic code would be for billing purposes for my procedure to prepare financially. They gave us two codes. Got great results which I was told would be 100% covered over the phone and then ended billed 75% covered. I also got billed twice because they used two different doctors to monitor anesthesia for a short procedure.
