I do not usually write reviews.. but I felt I needed to share my story, to maybe help someone else on their own healing journey. A year ago, I became severely ill with a cervical lymphnode infection. Edit: I'm just going to name drop Daniel Erickson, the useless site manager who doesn't take any time to return calls, and Dr. Rian Smith, who is the one who canceled the appointment same day. True to their reputation, I have recieved no apologies from MNGI, and once they actually did reach out to me it was an unidentified woman who only left me a voicemail about rescheduling while I was at work, JUST ONE MINUTE BEFORE THE CLINIC CLOSED. DON'T waste your time with these people. First I was set up to go in the week I got out of the hospital for an endoscopy and dilation, which they suddenly decided was too early, so they rescheduled me over 4 weeks out. Then they sent my prescription meds to the wrong pharmacy, without even specifying the pharmacy hours, so when I arrived at the CVS location they were closed. I thought the colonoscopy and endoscopy there was super easy. They are on time, and the whole staff was very kind. For what it was it went great.
