I was honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews because my experience with MNGI Digestive Health has been consistently excellent. I've had two colonoscopies there over the past three years, and both experiences were very positive. From check-in to recovery, every member of the staff was professional, kind, and respectful. Went in for a procedure which I needed to be put under for less than 10 minutes. When I woke up in the recovery room I had a terrible pain above my ear. I had been cut by whomever removed the surgical tube around my head with air, as my head was laying on it. Theres really no excuse for cutting someone with surgical tubing, they handled me carelessly while I was under anesthesia, and for that I wouldn't trust them, return, or reccomend them. Absolute garbage way to handle patients.
The Asian man who brought me back to my room to perform the intake was being unclear about pharmacy location for pickup, then when asking for clarification, he started to get very condescending to me which I did not appreciate. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
Terrible experience. First of all the site manager never called back. I guess since this monopoly doesn’t need new patients there is no reason to call a patient back. I had an upper GI scheduled. Took off work which btw is an act of congress. Arrived at my appt only to find out they had to cancel because I had two sips of water to take needed medication. I had no prep work directions given to me whatsoever so I’m Not sure how this is my fault. They did not even attempt to reschedule the appt for later in the day. I think the... read more
