Good: I woke up mid panic attack and the nurse was amazing. She sat with me and made me feel safe. Front desk staff are stellar Office is nice and neat and seemed organized Size inclusive gowns Quickly in and out Not so good: The doctor made an exasperated sound as he entered my room clearly saying-he didn’t want to be there. And was not friendly. They didn’t have Ativan on hand (something I typically get before anesthesia for reasons) which is weird to me. Excellent care from doctor to the each member of her team.
Dr. Fallon is great and I am comfortable with her performing my procedures. However, the anesthesia nurse who administered my anesthesia. She apologized for me waking up a little earlier than expected because when I woke up I could feel them taking a device out of my rectum. Also, when the anesthesia nurse pushed my bed out of the room to be transported to the recovery area, my bed crashed into something where I hit my head against the frame of the bed and heard a loud bang. I had a headache the rest of the day. I felt that ... read more
