Excellent service with my Doctor and the entire supporting staff at MNGI Bloomington. The facility is simple, efficient and comfortable unlike many medical buildings that suggest wasteful spending and are cold and uncomfortable. The facility and people were great here!!
What could have been a stressful visit was made calm and reassuring thanks to the team’s professionalism. From clear, thorough communication about what to expect to their timeliness and expertise, every step was handled with care. I’d like to acknowledge Dr. Toriz, Dr. Blomberg, CRNA Kapo, and RNs Emily H, Sheila, and Julie for their exceptional support. I would confidently recommend this team to anyone considering care.
The anesthesiologist Tory McGrath had terrible bedside manner and it seems from reviews it has been a pattern. If you are receiving any type of procedure here please make sure he is not your provider. Everyone else I have talked to has been wonderful.
I had a routine colonoscopy this morning and the entire staff at this clinic was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, I was met with professionalism and a calming presence that helped ease my anxiety. The administrative nurse who inserted my IV was gentle and kind, and both the doctor and the head of anesthesia took the time to explain everything detail of the procedure and answer all of my questions.
