First, I want to say that both the ladies are very friendly and super polite and professional. I loved using them but the problem I ran into was when I decided to purchase a hair piece with them. Everything went normal until the day the hair piece arrived and I went for install. I noticed the hair piece was darker than my hair and I had told them that my color was much lighter and I wanted to use that as a base and not the old hair piece that I had accidentally dyed too dark. Debbie and Monika have been extremely accommodating and helpful in finding a solution for covering Alopecia Areata patches! They always respond quickly via email, phone and text. There are no words to explain how grateful I am for Monika and Debbie.
