This company deserves to be out of business! On two separate occasions they failed to deliver and install a dishwasher purchased from Best Buy. On each occasion the plumber that I spoke to (one by phone, the other in person) was completely uncooperative. The second one even lied to me about his name, because he knew I was going to call his company to complain. The name he gave me was actually that of the company owner! Scheduling was a challenge. I was told the installer would be arriving at a certain time and they never showed up. The appliance required a bracket that was screwed into my hardwood flooring. I understand the bracket is a requirement, but when the appliance was slid back in to the bracket it was installed off center (and not by a small amount, it was several inches). The installer did not take the time to center the appliance on the wall and now more holes will have to be drilled into my flooring. Simply taking the time... read more
