Don’t bother with ODC again. Raul was incredible. He came to my house within 90 minutes of me reaching out. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the opener right then and there. My issue was solved within 2.5 hours of the original call. Best customer service I’ve had in years.
This was my first time using MN Mobile Garage Door Service. To tell you the truth there wasn't many Companies open at 6:30am, but this one was. I left a vm & within not time Juan was at my house. We have used MN Mobile Garage Door Services twice now and I can't recommend them enough! We initially called Overhead Door and they told us they don't dispatch until they have enough calls in a certain area. We are literally less than four miles from their location.
