I liked Dr. Poladasu when I first met him. I felt confident in him & absolutely agreed with the tests he wanted. Very good tests will &/or should produce solid diagnoses. Whether anything is &/or is not wrong. I had a severe reaction to one of the chemicals used in certain tests. For some reason this has caused both Dr. Poladasu & I not to get correct information. Dr. Brown has been my primary care physician for over 30 years and has provided exemplary care through many difficult medical circumstances. He always has time to discuss my situation, listens to my concerns, and always seems to be able to focus on the solution and treatment that I need. He enjoys the respect of his colleagues and is always surrounded by an excellent, caring staff of professionals in an extremely user-friendly setting. Dr. Terry Brown has my highest recommendation.
No bedside manner, just seem to not care about patient, Took 9 days to here back about polops to see if they were cancerous. Not something you want to wait for 9 days to find out.

Patient underwent his procedure Thursday, August 30, 2022. Specimens were removed and sent to Pathology and path report was faxed to our office on the evening of Friday, September 2nd. It was after hours on Friday when no one was there to retrieve results. Since Monday, September 5th was a holiday the office was closed, the medical office assistant received the report on Tuesday, September 6th. Patient was then notified Thursday, September 8th which is perfectly normal turnaround time.
No patient should ever leave a general surgical consult in tears, racked with anxiety, with her blood pressure dangerously high, due to a surgeon's callousness, arrogance, and insinuations that her oncologist might not be being 100 % truthful about her current & future known cancer status. His insensitivity and arrogance caused me great emotional and mental harm !! Dr. Baker is great and definitely deserves 5 stars! However, his staff is severely lacking. Dr. Baker and I decided 3 weeks ago that I needed surgery and he told me his scheduler would call me. I’ve called and left messages with actual people 3 times, each time they tell me someone will contact me soon. Here I am three weeks later and I still haven’t heard from his scheduler or anyone in his office. That’s just not acceptable! Dr. Lauvetz turned out to be a very rude and condescending doctor. I hade to find a new doctor to complete my treatment. I would recommend him to anyone.
Regular update for detection and tracking of aging syndromes. discussed progress in maintaining steady blood pressure, and low sugar/cholestrol diet. Easy conversation re directions in exercise, extremities and the like. Review of daily/weekly diet/drug additives. Simple, printed, up to date summary sheet provided.
Dr. Terry Brown has been my primary care physician for almost four decades. I trust his judgement and advice. He has provided excellent referrals when I have needed access to a specialist. I will continue to use his services as my primary care physician for as long as he is in practice. He is thorough and spends an appropriate amount of time visiting with me about my health and provides suggestions for improved health outcomes.
