This so called finance company is the worst. They call and say the have not received a payment and call and harass us every other day. Irene screams yells and cuts you of. But yet they have to have a supervisor see if the payment has been processed because they can’t see it but still claim to repossess your vehicle when the payments were paid. I’m writing to express my deep frustration with how I was treated by one of your employees, Irene. During our recent interaction, she spoke to me in an accusatory and dismissive tone, saying “I spoke to you yesterday, you didn’t say you needed an email,” without offering any apology or understanding. The absolute worst place you can finance a car through. DO NOT GO HERE. If you’re late on a payment, be prepared for them to call everyone on your references till you make a payment. They will harass you , especially the lady named PATTY. Also the cars they sell are absolutely trash. Mine broke down shortly after purchasing.
