Very communicative leading up to the appointment and during, studied our complex system carefully and gave good advice on how to move forward. They really cared about how best to handle our system and NOT just making a quick buck. Would recommend!

We had this company come out for a second opinion for whole house duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning after a different, highly rated company, said our system was too complex and they couldn't do it. MN Duct Pros took time to determine that they actually could do this complex system but also let us know that it did not need it with photo evidence. MN Duct Pros did an excellent job! Professional, punctual, and very thorough. My home feels cleaner and the airflow is noticeably better in our dryer. Highly recommend!
