Cody is great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone needing to sell land. He is detailed, determined, personable, and professional. I appreciated the quick turnaround in which my property sold. Cody is on top of everything from taking excellent drone footage, incorporating my photos, showing the property, taking care of the written details and showing up for the closing.
