I would like to preface this by saying I have worked in mental health for over 3 years with several certifications. 7 ONE STAR REVIEWS IS NOT A COINCIDENCE! My wife and I just went to our first appointment. I was already feeling my lowest lows. Dr. Benson walked out of her office and did not acknowledge my presence at all as she went to fill her water. I wish I had seen these reviews before scheduling. Found Sonja through Psychology Today. In my first 5 minutes of meeting her I knew she wasn’t going to work. She ignored my partner in the waiting room, walking by not acknowledging him and then coming out and being immediately condescending and rude to the both of us like we were wasting her time.
