Trust me you need Maria in your life! Whether you are struggling with tightness, chronic pain, or just need to learn how to stretch more effectively! Maria is your girl! She has helped my chronic neck pain improve tremendously! She also gives you so many stretches, tips, and tricks for everyday movement and life. She is super flexible and puts her clients first! Her knowledge is unmatched!
Maria is the best. I have been getting massages for years and after one single session with her I noticed a stark difference in how my body felt after compared to other places and types of massages. Highly recommended, her hands are magical.
