I went to MN Bodyworks once and she was the best. I went into the room like a tin woman and came out feeling much more flexible. I decided to go the physical therapy route thru insurance before returning to her. Looking forward to returning to Maria soon. She's pleasant, knowledgeable and miraculous. Definitely recommend her.
This was an amazing visit! I have been racing motocross for over 20 years and my body has been through several tough impacts along the way. My lower back has always been an issue and a high point of tension for me. Maria had me feeling so light and balanced by the end of the session that I couldn’t believe it. I can’t wait to schedule my next appt and feel this will continue to improve my mobility and performance along the way.
Maria's an expert. Before the session I was given a chart to fill out explaining which areas needed the most attention--for me it was forearms, calves, and my shoulder where I had surgery--and sure enough, a customized massage zeroing in on where I had pain is what I got. In addition, throughout the 90 minute massage if an area was tighter than expected (like my left arm) that was given extra care. I had a fantastic experience with Maria. Her professionalism and skill were evident from the moment I walked in. The massage technique used was effective in relieving my tension and promoting relaxation. Maria also recommended stretches for me to do at home. I recommend Maria to anyone needing a skilled and professional massage therapist.
