They did a really good job on our vent. We really appreciated the pictures and the time the technician took to clean our vents.
Victor did an excellent job of cleaning the vents in our home. We are so glad we had this done.
Don't be fooled by the promise of "Before and After" photos! Yes, they did provide 30 photos, but they were unusable as nothing was labeled!! Additionally each had to be downloaded separately. IF using this company insist on being present and having them show you "live" both before and after cleaning so you can verify the results
Made appointment weeks in advance. Received confirmation email. Received confirmation and reminder text. Then, 1 hour before the appointment, they called to say that they were not coming, I was out of their service area. Shouldn't that have been figured out weeks ago? Or at least more than 1 hour before the appointment and I had taken off of work to be home for? That's terrible customer service.
