Had a really bad experience with Michael and his team. He managed a 7-unit property for my partner and myself for about 2 years. We are out of state owners that put a lot of trust into Michael and his team. I will preface that we should of done more due diligence on MMT Property Group as well as holding him more accountable to setting up systems/communicating for effectively.
