Everyone was nice and very helpful and they answered all of our questions. They didn’t even mind if I turned in pictures for the tribute video at the last minute.

They treated me with so much respect and gentleness when my dad died. And Mr. Payne even oversaw the handling of his remains himself. Their team is simply amazing. Such kind and caring people!
