Office is decent , do NOT recommend dr mondragon at all, came in for a specific issue and the issue was not addressed at all, she barely checked me out, told me to get bloodwork and asked if I took birth control and that was it, which has completely no relevance to the initial issue at all. She didn’t seem to care at all, complete waste of my time and I wasn’t even comfortable at all with her. If you are going to this office I recommend Dr Jennifer or really anyone else.
They were so supportive and amazing with my prenatal care and made sure my baby was well cared for (I was also high risk) 10/10 recommend this clinic 100%. I could have asked for better care honestly. They felt like family that’s how involved they were throughout my entire pregnancy.
I been seen here for a couple of years. Np Alexa is great! But the front staff and others are rude. I called to cancle my OB appt because I did not want to see different providers throughout my time. Before the receptionist hangs up..I say okay thank you so much...her response was...yeaaaaa...and hangs up the phone. I felt as i was walking on eggshells about concerns. I did not feel comfortable. Short form of a long story, this office’s “office manager” sent me a letter dropping me as a patient. I had heated words with their outsourced billing. They have zero tolerance. This was on or around 13th August. Her attitude being what it was, I’m always 10 steps ahead of you, I called and cancelled my November appt, I already have a new doctor and I stopped in their Clifton Park office for medical records release form, this was all well over a month ago. Staffing is rude and incredibly unclear on anything. When I first got called for an appointment, the lady on the phone slurred what she was saying so badly I couldn't understand any of it. I call and a different woman answering answers as "Doctor's Office" which was unhelpful and continued to be unhelpful as if it was my fault I couldn't understand whoever left the message.
