I called to get some sort of prenatal care and had my insurance verified and had an appointment all set up. Then, I got a call from the staff and was told that they were turning me down because I'm 5 months pregnant. Why was the appointment set up to begin with then? So apparently, it's impossible for me to even get prenatal care now even though I'm trying to do the right thing for myself and my future child. I go to this organization for my annual exam and find the staff cooperative and willing to assist. They also have bone density testing on site which is very nice. However, I recently had a problem and I was able to see a doctor within 24 hours, got an appt with their surgeon (same organization) immediately and he was very good, answered all questions and spent time explaining. Then the office staff kept in touch with me concerning scheduling of which I appreciated their concern and the after surgery care was also very good. ... read more
