Used Misty Mountain as a property management company. They told us the prospective tenants had left their previous address in Bellingham amicably, recommended them highly and charged us high fees for this service...... After many months and thousands of dollars worth of property damage the tenants were finally evicted. Rented from Misty Mountains from 2013-2014. They kept out of our business for the most part, checking in occasionally to make sure the yard was maintained and to winterize/de-winterize the house. The one time we required maintenance they had someone to our place within about ten minutes. They were understanding about us acquiring a dog (he was neglected and showed up on our doorstep half-dead) even though it was against our lease terms.
