In an attempt to obtain parking passes for guests of mine I drove ten miles to the office location to get rejected and laughed at. Kim Lay and Rhea were rude and absolutely unaccommodating. Demanding the registration of a rental vehicle in order to pay for the pass. Which they only issue in person on paper. Horrible service horrrible system. These people fail to realize their salaries are paid by HOA payments
Don’t put any security deposit with them.. it will take you months and months to get it back.. I call them every other day for over two months to get my security deposit back always have excuses.. supervisor always on lunch break or meeting..they are “management company “ and they miss the “organizing” .. so zero management.
They will tell you what you wanna hear, but they will never get back to you for anything. Especially if its about money they owe.
