Chris at MMI did a great job! He went through everything we had previously decided on to make sure we all agreed on the work to be performed. He was very efficient and work was completed within the timeframe expected. We highly recommend him and look forward to working with Chris and MMI again.
We initially had Chris out just to check on a hot light switch but while here he managed to find many deficiencies with our current situation. We ended up having him bring our whole home up to modern standards and are upgrading the panel next. We are very very happy with his high quality work. We had a number of little electrical repairs and a couple big electrical projects that required an electrician to come to our house so we called MMi and they were fantastic! An electrician came to our house and reviewed everything, he even found a few issues we didn't even know about that could have started an electrical fire. Had Chris and Dean at our home for 3 days doing various upgrades to our panel and related system, post the Evaluation Report concerns, and improvements we wanted done. Each category of work was quoted as a separate unit so prioritizing the tasks was very easy for us. The work was completed and they cleaned up as they went!!! Chris came with such short notice. Extremely professional and knowledgeable person. Fixed our issue and did a full safety assessment for our home at no additional cost. Made some great recommendations but was never pushy. Will absolutely use MMi electrical again. Highly recommend.
