The service here is extremely slow. I waited over an hour for them to see if my tb shot grew the whole process took less then 5 minutes. The week before I had asked them to send my pre op results, and they failed to send all of the paperwork, I showed them my pre- op checklist and I needed to get tested for HIV they never tested my blood for it. I had to get my blood drawn again in my surgeons office a day before my surgery. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied and I will not be coming back here.
If I could give negative stars, I would. 1 - Poor communication and responsiveness: The doctor and office staff have been consistently unresponsive to urgent requests, whether it's completing time-sensitive paperwork or returning calls. The doctor takes time to listen to my concerns and answers any questions that I have.
I am writing this review to state that I will never return to this practice. I was highly unsatisfied with the level of care and service I received during my time here. Despite making it clear that I am no longer a patient, the office continuously emails me stating it is time for my annual checkup. No thank you. I have already found a much better doctor who provides the quality of care and professionalism I expect. Please remove my email and information from your marketing and appointment reminder lists permanently.
