The whole team is very kind and the doctors are super professional, I will always recommend them for all their help always.
Most unprofessional doctor I ve visited, first and last time here waste of time and money. My husband went to this place to get an specific type of medical exam (blood pressure etc) required by their job and guess what this doctor wanted to repeat the anual physical exam(he showed the proof that a week ago he did) no he wanted to repeat the exam(ofc not covered again by insurance) starting to rise the voice and we asked him how much for the exam he said idk…..that day we went to another doctor showed him the exams required b... read more
I was in the waiting area and a Latin man was trying to schedule an appointment with the doctor,he didn’t speak English and the front desk lady(a curl hair white women in their 40s) told him she didn’t speak Spanish,he left the place and minutes later she started to speak Spanish perfectly with someone in the phone,I was like wft with the people here.
Im sure the doctors and pediatricians work reflects very well on this rating, but unfortunately, the front desk staff have been nothing but awful. We have a newborn and have been trying to get a scheduled visit in, especially because he’s a few days old . Anytime we’re attempting to call, we’ll either be sent to voicemail, and when I confirmed over the phone with a man at the front desk while I was in the hospital on Friday, if it was possible to be seen today (Saturday) at 11he said yes and he’ll call me back.
