The entire process of my CT Scan today was truly outstanding! From the welcome and assistance provided by receptionist Sam, to the care provided by the CT technology team of Nikki, Whitney and Ann, all was friendly, professional and patient-centered. As a veteran who has had to experience many CTs and MRIs, this staff is worth 10 stars, not just 5. Thank you!!
We brought our 3 year old in for an MRI here and could not have been happier with the experience. The bedside manner of all of the staff we interacted with was top notch. They took the time to interact with our son to make him feel comfortable and explained everything to us along the way to ease our minds as well. The process was incredibly efficient and we had our results back that afternoon. We are so grateful for how easy they made the entire process for us!
