Great, kind and professional staff but suite 110 has absolutely no ventilation and is extremely crowded. The air is stagnant. Patients who are visibly sick and coughing are forced to sit next to one another. In this day of RSV and Covid and Flu this is completely unacceptable. What would it cost to have an air purifier and masks available? There are also no seats or benches in the hall which might help those who don’t want to be exposed to these airborne sicknesses. Ultrasound tech named Julie is rude. Did not make me feel comfortable. Gave me racist vibes, makes me wonder if I was white would I have received different treatment.
Clean office, I was seen promptly, sonographer was professional and personable. One of the best medical experiences I’ve had recently.
Smooth experience from the receptionists who received me to the technician who conducted my scans. The technician explained every step of the procedure. The service I received at facility was excellent all around. I was in and out extremely quickly. I would highly recommend it.
